(iii) Expansion of Market – The MNCs are playing significant role for enlarging the size of the markets in India. These corporations undertake market research and adopt highly efficient methods of marketing in India.

(iv) Optimum utilization of national Resources – The MNCs are playing very important resources. Generally in India, there exists abundance of natural resources like land, mineral and water resources. These corporations are playing significant role for setting up projects and accelerates over all economic growth in India.

(v) Infrastructural Development – The MNC are playing another important role for infrastructural development in India without active support of this institution expected growth rate through development of agriculture and industrial sectors are different to achieve.

Thus, it can be concluded that Multinational Corporation (MNC) are playing important role for country’s development of progress.
